| Description |
• Responsible for preparing Month End Management Reporting Package by 13th of each month following the month end (or previous working day if falls on weekend/holidays).
• Responsible for preparing Quarterly Management Reporting Package by 13th of the month following the quarter end (or previous working day if falls on weekend/holidays).
• Assist President and CEO with ad-hoc projects as required.
• Assist Financial Controller with monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements preparation (including bank reconciliations and reconciliations of the following accounts: Prepaid Expenses, Deposits, Notes Payable, Accrued Expenses, Intercompany, and other General Ledger accounts).
• Assist Financial Controller with other duties (Actual Revenue reporting for Marketing Dept, Managing business insurance policies, ad-hoc projects).
• This position reports to management in the following order: Financial Controller; President and CEO.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Senior Accounting/Financial Analysis, proven track record, team-oriented hands-on individual.
Bachelors in Accounting is required, CPA or MBA is preferred.
