| Description |
Growing Risk Management Company seeking an enthusiastic CSR for its Stafford, Texas office. Duties include (but are not limited to):
REQUEST AND APPLICATION PROCESSING
-Submit all new applications to the requested carriers within 24 hours of receipt.
-Track all applications to ensure correct processing
-Manage the renewal process by contacting the insureds to gather necessary information.
-Ensure that all applications submitted meet the selected carriers minimum guidelines.
EXTERNAL CLIENT SERVICE INTERACTION
-Answer the incoming Customer calls and inquiries
-Assist in all areas of customer service to ensure policy compliance
INTERNAL CLIENT SERVICE INTERACTION
-Responsible for working jointly with assigned agents to develop a team approach for achieving the gross written revenue objectives.
-Orchestrate mailings to prospective credit insurance prospects.
-Be proficient in Word and Excel
-Maintain accurate, consistent, up to date files.
-Other Duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
-College degree desired but not required
-Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
-Highly computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and similar software.
-4 years experience in a customer service focused environment.
-Proven ability to manage multiple work functions in high volume settings.
